Spring Cleaning
21 April 08
The city has begun the spring cleaning program...cutting away extra twigs, fixing fences, removing dead plants and lawn mowing. I saw this machine near my daughter's school. I was glad to have had a few photos of pink lawn daisies and some dandelions on the other side of the lawn (below).

ReplyDeleteah, Vienna! Chrystal clear!
ReplyDeleteThey mowed the flowers? Looks like one of those carts that picks up golf balls.
ReplyDeleteI'm confused; the flower photo is actually dandelions or daisies?

ReplyDeleteYes Jim, they sadly did....that lawn was entirely covered and now you see here partly just remained.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful daisies, G. i also love the soft background.
ReplyDeleteThose are definatley daisies. I have a lawn that is just sprouting fresh dandelions. The goldfinches are eating them. Very odd. You have captured those daisies so clearly and beautifully. A real spring photo.
ReplyDeleteVery cute lawn daisies and they are pink! Ours are plain white, but just a cheerful. I call them happy flowers. :)
