Whenever we travel we would bring our little one's stroller along. It was not a so convenient but it's better than having to carry him around. Well, that was then but since he can walk now we do not need to worry about carrying him, we think about him running around and getting lost in a place far from home. Nowadays though, there are stuff like this harness buddy which in a good way restrains the kids from wandering off.

This Mickey Mouse harness functions as a backpack too so when you aren't walking around in big crowds, the child can be at ease with it and still carry it as a bag. With kids, it is never too much to worry about safety. What's better is that they are on sale over at babysafetravel.com! Get yours now and have your mind at ease on your next vacation with the kids!

Aside from the sunny skies that Singapore offers, the colorful butterflies and flowers are to boast of too. My good friend Syel always presents such lovely photos of them...so when I saw this santan-look alike I immediately took a shot! Until now, we don't know how it is rightfully called.

The Butterfly Park in Sentosa houses a collection of butterflies and insects among other of the Kingdom Fauna.

DSC01604

Aside from displays, they are live butterflies, parrots, other birds, turtle and an iguana...(will be posted soon! It is very usual to see the butterflies on the floor so be careful, so you don't step on them...I just took a photo of this yellowish critter....good thing the kids saw it and didn't mistake t for a leaf!

Here is the real santan flower...in pink...looks much the same as the one above sans the long stamen.

Of course, I said Beauties at the Butterfly Park...dawty is surely one of them....hihi. Have a nice week everyone!

Back in college when we were choosing what clubs to join, the Mountaineering club was on top of my list. I don't remember what happened but I wasn't able to pursue that. Now, living in a mountainous region it is easier to finally go climbing, but we enjoy it iced than dry! But its probably a good time to try...

Take no chances and risk when buying climbing gear, there are lots out there that are cheap but would not be as tough as the more expensive ones. With careful and thorough screening you'll definitely find affordable but worth it through all weather gears. Take this North Face gear men's pumori jacket, this versatile jacket can be used on mild conditions but the insulative layer works well on cold temperature too. Available in different colors and is on sale upto 50% off!

The women's Arcteryx Jackets collection is something to be checked out too. Resist the wind and cold with one of their trendy jackets...the pockets will provide a good warming up for cold fingers. Get your gears ready at a lower price now, it's always wise saving up for future use.

While browsing trough a dog website I was once again taken back to my childhood...when all I play with were dogs instead of dolls. I don't remember a time that I don't have a dog for a pet. And every time they die I cried...(no kidding here!)

As previously mentioned I would love to once again have a pet if given the chance, a Chowchow in particular or a chocolate Labrador or a Cavalier King Charles spaniel. The Chowchow for the furry look and oh-so huggable cuteness, the Labrador for that lovely color and the spaniel for its elegance, if there's such a thing. :D

I had my share of experiences owning a Bulldog and a Boston Terrier and I think I wouldn't be ready having stubborns at home (I already have 3 kids for that!). *sigh* Now I have to wait some more years before I can finally have a dog around the house...

The Sunny city didn't disappoint...I enjoyed viewing the sky everytime I look up. It rained a bit on our arrival but not for long, it was like a welcome shower of sorts lol.

On our way to Sentosa, we stopped by Vivo City, one of the world's largest mall (i think) and took some photos outside. Not having enough, I took photos of the sky from the airplane window too! ;) A sample is below.

Are you a dog or a cat person? I'll definitely say I'm a dog person! Even as a kid I enjoyed hacing dogs and puppies at home than I would cats. I would attest to the truthfulness of the saying that dogs are a "man's best friend". Growing up I never really cared about giving dog names except for those that follows their colors. If there ever was one I remember until now, it has to be Caster, my bulldog that I had when I was in gradeschool...I cried when it died... :D (I could really be attached to my pets that's why).

Recently too I've been playing pet pupz in Facebook...since I cannot have a real dog at home...(3 kids is too much and one having asthma won't help). Adopting a virtual pet is the closest to having a real one, I guess. There are lots of dog breeds to choose from and I picked out a Japanese chowchow! This one is really cute..with eyes covered in fur, its adorable looking and one I'd definitely love to hug! I wouldn't mind the color if ever I get one... So which dog would you like to have as a pet?

Underwater World is an oceanarium located on the offshore Singaporean island of Sentosa. Opened in 1991, it has more than 2,500 marine animals of 250 species from different regions of the world. The oceanarium is underground and it is owned by the HawPar Corp. The Underwater World's ticket includes admission to the Dolphin Lagoon at Palawan Beach.

Underwater World has an 83-metre (270 ft) long travelator that moves visitors along a submerged 6-millimetre (0.24 in) thick acrylic-windowed tunnel from which they can look at an array of marine life including coral reefs, stingrays, moray eels, turtles, sharks and others.

Visiting Underwater World was something hubby had always wanted to do. He spent lots of childhood here when his dad was still alive and he knew too well that the kids will love the place.

Underwater World is also involved in several environmental and educational projects, such as the Living in the Ocean Programme, Ocean Ambassador Programme and the Coral Club.

The Underwater World also provides exclusive venues to host events, such as ocean-themed functions.

On our way to and back from the Philippines, we stopped over at Taipei for our connecting flight, there was relevant time to visit their duty free shops. Of course my eyes couldn't help but widely stare at my favorite perfumes, chocolates, designer bags, lots of skagen watch as well as fossil watches and other klamotten there is.

It was the best place of course to find the most appropriate gifts for my family. For my older brother who needs lots of exercise, the Timex Ironman Triathalon Heart Rate monitor watch (right photo) was the perfect choice. Features include target heart rate zone with optional alarms, an accurate and consistent calorie counting calculator based on actual exercising heart rate and lots more plus batteries that can be replaced by consumers without requiring them to be returned to the manufacturer.

As for my sister this charm bracelet watch really charmed her all the more because it matched her skinny wrist and arms. I myself wouldn't leave without a loot. When I saw this casual watch, it was love at first sight. From the White Mother of Pearl Dial collection, this black ion-plated beauty costs just right for my budget too! Good thing hubby didn't gave me his atm card, otherwise I'd end up spending more!

It was unfortunate that I forgot to bring my better camera when we went to visit Singapore. I had to settle with my old P&S but its ok, I'm glad to have captured some sunset in the sunny city. I have always loved photoblogs showing sunsets in Southeast Asia...seeing them was more enchanting.

When it comes to Web hosting there are lots of services being offered that comes in a package. I had always wanted a travel blog with a layout that does emit anything related to travelling. :)

Well nowadays, free hosting is a popular trend, take this blog for example, I learned basic HTML using this as a platform, posting is easy since literally everything is provided. If you need something that is simple or when you plan to perhaps practice your blogging skills then free hosting is for you. On the other hand, dedicated hosting is better alternative for businesses and webmasters. Having your own domain hosted under a single server makes everything on your page load faster. If you have a hosting but doesn't use up much space then you can do reseller hosting, these means the spaces will be shared hosting. The downside though is that when your renters do something illegal it is more likely that you will be affected.

With the help of web hosting rating and reviews, consumers are able to identify and opt for services that fit their needs. The site provides a list of popular website hosts under various categories. Some of them includes best budget hosting, best blog hosting and best dedicated hosting. If your looking for a web host, click the link and compare prices and learn about ther services offered by different hosting companies.

Our recent trip home was unplanned that we had to withdraw our savings and later on borrow from my mom-in-law. I am somehow thankful that we do not really need to get big loans nor should we be debt free as a result of excessive spending.

But what about those who have debts to pay? There are lots of testimonies about the difficulty of paying off debts, especially many different ones. Good thing there's personal loans debt settlement , the process of taking out one loan to pay off the others thus securing a lower interest rate and fixed interest with the convenience of having only one loan. There are lots of helpful websites discussing this topic and one of which is the Cleardebt page where a comprehensive discussion about anything that has to do with debt, e.g. IVA Individual Voluntary Arrangements and how it can help with debt management, bankruptcy and how it could sometimes be the best resort for debtors and more.

The website has lots of useful tools and helpful links all designed to help a debtor in many ways. Donwloadable letters and guides are also available as well as client testimonies and a faq section. Debt settlement benefits not only you but your future as well.

Looking for the best summer getaway with the family? I'd recommend a South Carolina beach experience for you! Myrtle Beach resorts offer the best family fun package; hotel, golf and shopping for adults, museums, amusement parks and shows for the little ones.

Myrtle beach suite hotels feature generously-sized one, two, and three bedroom condominiums to accommodate every family, golf and vacation group, but they also offer affordable hotel rooms to fit every type of budget. Since the hotels are located by the beach, fresh sea-air will welcome you with a lovely ocean view to boot. Dining is also a wonderful experience as grill along with fine dining is served.

Myrtle beach resort packages are readily available for booking. Compare prices, which you prefer and that fits your budget and get ready for the best summer experience this side of town.

I enjoy both travel and photography. Although I haven’t been all-over the world, I try to document my journey and share it around. Here, my current hometown Vienna, a city I come to love not just for its intrinsic beauty but its overall aura of good vibes, I share bits and pieces of what to see and enjoy. -Marie Gizelle
