21st District Office
25 February 2008
This is the 21st District's Office where registration, passport applications, and government subsidy applications are filed. I was here just last week to register my son in a kindergarten. The building is rather old and has undergone a number of renovations but the facade has been preserved making it look so classic.
But inside, the features will show its age even if it has been refurbished. The doors, windows, floors...even the partition and the smell (lol) reeks of oldness. But never mind that, the residents are friendly and willing to help, thats what matters.
