Janet of D.C. commented about the tram's wooden chairs last time, she remembered these are the ones that pinches you (lol). The wooden chairs can be seen on older trams and trains.

Below are the covered seats which tends to be smelly when it gets wet (of what, you guess). So no to wooden chairs, no to covered seats, comes the leathery new seats...not as hard as wood and won't get smelly as cloth! I'd post one as soon as I get a photo, I did rode a tram 2 days ago with leather seats and new stickers but was out of battery. Toinks!

  1. Ah, I remember the trams of Vienna and I liked those wooden chairs. You might not want to sit there for hours and fortunately I never did on my journeys. Trams are a great way to see a city.

  12. Yep! Those are the ones I remember! And, surprisingly, they were comfortable. The padded ones look infinitely more comfortable, though. I'm afraid I'd fall asleep in those...

  13. Hopefully I'd get a photo of the leather-like ones soon Janet...=D My older son always fall asleep, be it wood or ones with clothers...it aint padded really well, but is good. =)
