School time!

School year begins!
Not only are the kids the ones excited, moms, dads, grandpas and grandmas are too!
My daughter and her Schultüte (school cone).
The schultüte contains school things, sweets, toys and other stuff that kids like. It has become a tradition for the parents or grandparents to prepare one for their kids/grandkids when he/she begins school. With this, kids await schoolday eagerly and with excitement knowing that there are lots of fun stuff in their 'tüte' (literally means bag).

I hope she has a fun first day at school! School has started here as well. We must take care driving to work as there are children out heading for school.
