Sacher tent

28 April 08

How about a sip of coffee or tea while watching passersby (tourists and locals) in front of your hotel?

A typical city sight when the weather is good. This one is the Sacher Hotel at the 1st District. Creator of the famous cake of the same name, which you could also have served for you in this corner. You'll find a recipe (and a little history) of Sacher Torte here.

  1. As good as the top photo looks, I would love to sit in front of the torte. Maybe I can have the torte while sitting on the patio.

  2. Yes Jim, the original Sacher Torte is served in this hotel. Enjoy a nice day sitting and eating your torte plus tea!

  3. A strong black coffee without the torte, but perhaps with a nice tart pastry, in that cafe would be just fine.

Thanks for your help with the template of Blogtrotter. It shows an error when I tried to add my already existing features on it; probably because yours was the Minima Blue and mine is the TicTac Blueberry template... :(
Meanwhile added a link to your blog on Blogtrotter; hope you don't mind!
