Guess the time?

Taken today, it seems I have to rely on my phone nowadays because I forget to bring the camera along.
Could you perhaps guess the time (no pun intended) these photos were taken?One Viennese photo a day.

Just a random guess from me.
I will guess that it is 6:30 in the morning. That is based on the fact that the street lights are still on, so it must be close to dusk or dawn, and fog would be more common in the morning than evening. Also, in a vibrant city like Vienna (which I have visited only once, and that was at Christmas time), I think that there would be more people on the streets at dusk than at dawn, and there are very few people shown in these photos.
