Watery Wednesday - Green Pond

This is a small lake, more like a pond (with still water) found as an extension to the Danube. Ducks, swans and other birds frequent this area.
During winter and when the water freezes, this is the safest place to skate-as the water isn't too deep...Join this meme by clicking icon:

ReplyDeleteI simply wish you would take the bubwits there when it freezes. I would love to see them ice skate here. It looks like a lovely place for a day trip. Do they allow boating?
