Yellow Mellow Monday - Yellow on Snow

It snowed the past days, enough for some snowman and sledding...actually sliding down a slope. The playground opposite our building is best for this. So the kids had a blast on the weekend!

Above, you'll see the pail on top of the snowman's head. This snowman was at the kindergarten, built by the kids with the "Pedagoginnen" (kindergarten aunts as we call them) . We later on made another one near our place, that one was smoother, I will post a photo of it tomorrow.

Below, big sister with her yellow sliding disc (I am not entirely sure how this one is called, having a handle), she was kind enough to help the little boy up the slope falling down on their knees at times.

    Hi mirage, nope I'm not in Holland anymore. I used to work there as a Nurse. I have wante to visit Vienna but didn't have much time. :) Maybe someday.

    I love that snowman photo! the yellow bucket-hat peeking through all the white snow is perfect. I wish we had 1/2 of the snow you've got. Oh to have a snow day again....
